Everything that could went wrong with my YSL order. 1-2 business day shipping meant 1.5 weeks, which was too late for the occasion of the gift. Also, the order over $100 did not qualify for a gift as YSL decided to ship the >$100 order in two separate shipments each valued under $100. Customer service did not answer emails until a month.
